WHY SHOULD I BUY A HOT TUB?
There’s something magical about soaking in a hot tub. The hot, bubbly water and jets provide a mini escape and a way to unwind in a way that’s almost impossible to replicate. But taking the plunge of actually buying a hot tub can be fairly intimidating, since there are many different models available, the costs involved with the actual purchase, installation, maintenance, and electric bills. Still, if you can have the budget and the space, we think you may really want to consider adding this luxurious accessory to your home. Not totally convinced? Here are some reasons why;

Fun fact: The word spa is acronym for “salus per aquam,” a Latin phrase that means “health from water.” The hot water in a hot tub can help increase circulation and blood flow, relax muscles, and ease pain. The natural buoyancy that occurs when we’re in a hot tub also reduces strain and pressure on our joints and muscles and gives them a small break from all of the hard work they do day and night. And last, but not least, our favorite part: the jets target muscle groups to massage and help soothe sore muscles
Soaking in the Hot Tub Can Help You Sleep Better
Insomnia or even just a bad night of sleep can ruin the next day. But if you take even just a 15-minute soak in a hot tub about an hour and a half or two hours before bed you raise your temperature and the rapid-cool down period afterwards relaxes you and aids in easing the body into a sound sleep.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SELLING HOT TUBS?
We're new to selling hot tubs. We started out with rentals, but due to customer interest in purchasing, we decided to diversify into sales to enable us to fulfil all customer needs. We are excited and enthusiastic with our new venture into sales. We are fully committed to selling high quality hot tubs and providing an excellent customer service.
WHAT TYPE OF HOT TUBS ARE YOU SELLING?
We are dealers for Artesian Spas which are American built and not to be confused with cheaper alternatives. Artesian are a long established brand who are fully committed to building high quality hot tubs at competitive prices. There are four ranges; Platinum Elite, Island, South Seas and Garden Spas.
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY COVER ON ARTESIAN SPAS?
The structure is covered for lifetime and the shell and plumbing have limited warranties depending on the range. Please feel free to enquire for more detail.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISPLAY TUBS?
Yes, we currently have several Spas in our display area to give customers a flavour of the Artesian brand, which are available for viewing by appointment.
DO YOU OFFER ANY FINANCE OPTIONS?
Yes, finance options are available but varies throughout the Spa lines.
WHAT IF I BUY A HOT TUB AND IT DEVELOPS A FAULT?
Don't worry, we will carry out any necessary warranty repairs. Repairs outside the warranty period, we will also be happy to help.
WHAT ABOUT WATER CARE AND HOW OFTEN WILL THE WATER HAVE TO BE CHANGED?
We are happy to supply the necessary chemicals to maintain the water quality. We will provide you with any training and advise required to ensure your water is maintained in tip top condition. The water should be changed approximately every 3 months depending on use.
WHAT ABOUT SPARE FILTERS AND OTHER SPARE PARTS?
No problem, we can supply all spare parts as required.
WHERE CAN THE HOT TUBS BE SITED?
Our hot tubs can be sited either inside or outside as long as there's enough space. Most tubs are normally sited on a decking, patio, garage or shed. The surface should be flat and firm to withstand the weight. We also recommend you choose a sheltered spot if possible! If you require more info regarding siting a hot tub then please get in touch.
